The menu centers on handmade tajarin pasta, agnolotti del plin, and game dishes like wild hare and cinghiale, backed by a list of roughly 250 Italian and Mediterranean wines. It's a more focused, regionally specific follow-up from a team that helped define Brooklyn's natural wine scene at the original Four Horsemen.
