What frame sizes and shapes do you offer?
We offer portrait, square and landscape frames. Portrait frames typically come in 12" x 18", 16" x 24", 20" x 30", and 24" x 36" options. Square frames come in 6" x 6", 8" x 8", 10" x 10", 12" x 12", 14" x 14", 16" x 16", 20"x 20" and 24" x 24" options. Landscape frames come in 18" x 12", 24" by 16", 30" x 20", 36" x 24" and 48" x 32" options.
Do prints come framed?
Yes! Framing is included on all prints for no additional charge. All of our prints are manufactured using wrapped canvas and come pre-framed and ready to hang, in your choice of either black, white or espresso frames.
How long does shipping take?
All artwork is made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, and U.S. delivery typically takes 5-8 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your print ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but international options are coming soon. For now, we ship anywhere within the United States.
What should I do if my print arrives damaged or bent?
We carefully selected our manufacturing partners based on quality, but occasionally damage or defects can happen. If your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll process a replacement right away. Email us at NYCrestaurantprints@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue - we’re here to help.
What materials do you use?
All prints are produced using trusted U.S. based print labs with archival-quality inks and premium cotton-poly canvas. Frames are made from high-quality pinewood.
Can I return or exchange a print?
We accept returns for damaged or defective items. Because each print is made to order, our manufacturing partner can only accept returns for issues related to damage or defects. Please double-check your selections at checkout. You can review our full Refund Policy for more details.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an automatic email with tracking once your artwork ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 2-5 business days after ordering, email us and we’ll assist immediately.
Can I request a custom commission or a restaurant that’s not listed yet?
Absolutely. We’re constantly adding new NYC favorites. Send us your request and we’ll add it to our list for future releases. Email us at NYCRestaurantPrints@gmail.com to inquire.
