Graciela opened in the West Village in July 2026 at the corner of Greenwich Avenue and Bank Street, the first U.S. restaurant from Pablo Rivero, the restaurateur behind Buenos Aires' acclaimed Don Julio. Named for Rivero's mother, it channels the warmth of an Argentine bodegón, the classic neighborhood tavern, with Italian and Spanish influences woven through the menu. Everything centers on a custom parrilla and Josper oven burning quebracho blanco charcoal, turning out Argentine ribeye, skirt steak and short ribs alongside osso buco empanadas and fainá. Reclaimed-wood ceilings and vintage furnishings give the 120-seat dining room an old-world feel that belies how new it is.
