Lilia
$69.99
Lilia opened in Williamsburg in January 2016 as chef Missy Robbins's Italian pasta restaurant, built around her deep affinity for the ingredients: cheeses, olive oils, and hand-formed dough. Her mafaldine with pink peppercorns and Parmigiano-Reggiano has become one of the most talked-about pasta dishes in the city, simple in concept but exacting in execution. The industrial-chic dining room, in a converted auto body shop, reflects the neighborhood's own transformation over the past decade. It quickly established Robbins as one of New York's defining pasta chefs and helped cement Williamsburg's status as a serious dining destination.
