Employees Only
$69.99
Five industry friends opened Employees Only on Hudson Street in the West Village in 2004, hiding the entrance behind a working fortune teller as a nod to the room's speakeasy roots. The cocktail program helped define the modern craft cocktail era in New York, picking up Tales of the Cocktail's Best American Bar Team and World's Best Cocktail Bar awards along the way, while the kitchen serves New American food with Eastern European touches like skate paprikas and bone marrow poppers. More than two decades later, it's still ranked among the world's best bars and remains one of the most influential cocktail dens in the city.
