Crane Club opened in November 2024 inside the storied Tenth Avenue space that once held Del Posto and, later, the Michelin-starred Al Coro, gutted and rebuilt around a new twelve-foot live-fire grill. It's a collaboration between Tao Group and chef Melissa Rodriguez, marking the nightlife company's most ambitious fine-dining bet to date. The menu moves past Rodriguez's earlier Italian focus into global, wood-fired cooking, handmade pasta, and a roaming raw bar cart stocked with oysters and caviar. With a wine list running past a thousand labels, it's built to be one of the more serious dining rooms to open in Manhattan in recent memory.
