Borgo
$89.99
Andrew Tarlow, the Brooklyn restaurateur behind Diner and Marlow & Sons, opened Borgo on East 27th Street in September 2024, his first Manhattan restaurant after more than two decades building a reputation exclusively in Brooklyn. Chef Jordan Frosolone runs a wood-fired Italian menu built around dishes like a cheese-filled Ligurian focaccia and a baked anelletti pasta with beef ragu, with Tarlow's son Elijah working the line as sous chef. It's a notable expansion for one of Brooklyn's most influential restaurant names, marking new territory after 26 years of staying close to home.
